Removal of 2 old up and over doors in DN18, middle pillar removed and replaced with lintel and installed 77mm electric insulated roller door in Golden Oak with Somfy Controls, gutter lights and inbuilt burglar alarm which can all be controlled from one touch of a handheld transmitter.

External handle to be used in the event of a power failure, this would be kept in a safe location until required.
External Manual Release Lock
External manual release lock. The keys are to be kept safe within the property until required. This will enable the crank handle to be inserted and used to open the garage door.

This is the main external manual release attached to the motor, this will remain in place at all times and will turn when used with the external handle.
